salaam after watching this, i cant wait to get my pre-pregnancy shape back, yes....im aware that its gonna take time, i NEVER am a yummy mummy, more like a trampy, scruffy mummy, im gonna try and work hard, fitness wise, i may invest in a 'wii fit' as i dont like the gym atmosphere, this has a catchy tune....no?
